Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. We'll send you a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Tracking Your Order
If you chose a tracked shipping option, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Use it on the Australia Post tracking page to stalk your parcel in real time.
Chose untracked? We get it living on the edge. Just know that we can't locate your parcel once it's in the postal system, so if you're nervous, go tracked.
